Grilled haloumi and marinated sun-dried tomato with mixed young leaves and fresh herbs, drizzled with balsamic reduction

Crispy pear and fig preserve salad with camembert, herbed croutons, mixed nuts and champagne vinaigrette

Creamy chicken, mushroom and spring onion phyllo parcel, served with volute sauce
and young leaf with julienne vegetable garnish

Crispy duck on a fresh Asian salad served with pomegranate dressing (SQ)

Mains duo

Pan-roasted beef phyllo parcel with creamy brandy and mushroom sauce and feta and
lemon herbed panko-crumbed line fish with julienne mixed vegetables and lemon aioli

Teriyaki deboned leg of lamb with wasabi croquette and oven-roasted chicken thigh filled with
mushroom, leeks, olives and feta, served with julienne vegetables

Dessert duo

Dark chocolate fondant with a Lindt ball drizzled with fresh cream served with vanilla-macerated strawberries

The prices reflected on the menus are an outline idea of pricing. Once you have provided more details about your event, we will prepare a tailored menu and quotation for approval. For all events, please first confirm that we are available to cater for the occasion before you confirm the date for the occasion. Once your menu and quotation are approved, a 70% invoice will be submitted for payment in order to confirm catering for the event.
